Evidence-Informed.
Whole-Person.
Built Around You.

I work alongside people to improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life by looking at the whole picture — body, mind and nervous system, together.

My work combines evidence-informed strategies, professional expertise and lived experience to create meaningful change that lasts. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Social Work), a National Certificate in Mental Health Support Work, a Diploma in Recreation and Sport, a Certificate in Sports and Relaxation Massage Therapy, and certifications in Modified Tai Chi and Equine Massage Therapy — and a Diploma in Mindfulness.

My professional background spans health coaching, mental health, family support, trauma-informed practice, community services, recreation, nutrition and exercise. Alongside this, my own experience of trauma, serious injury and rebuilding my health has shaped an approach grounded in both professional knowledge and the realities of everyday life.

Why the nervous system matters: Stress, overwhelm and burnout aren't just "in your head" — they affect your body, energy, sleep, digestion and ability to sustain change. That's why we work with the nervous system alongside mindset, movement and nutrition, building the capacity for change instead of relying on willpower alone.

No quick fixes. No all-or-nothing. Just realistic, sustainable changes that build strength, energy and resilience — and fit into the life you're already living.

What working together looks like: We start by understanding where you are now, what you've experienced, and where you want to go. From there, we build a clear pathway — practical tools, achievable steps, and strategies suited to your goals, needs and lifestyle. As life changes, the approach changes with you.

Every journey is different. So is every pathway forward.

This goes beyond fitness. It's about resilience, balance, and the tools to live well for the long term.

You don't have to do it alone.

Client Testimonial

"I had been concerned about my weight gain and overall well-being for a while.

When I saw Katrina advertising her 6 week challenge I thought that seemed achievable for me. I love that this challenge is not just about losing weight, but actually about overall well being, that speaks to me.

Focusing on mind body and soul, good food and great support.

Ive always been nervous about exercising and weights due to health issues that I have, Katrina listened to my concerns and supported me through them.

It's a bonus that I can do this from home as well and work around my busy schedule as a working mum.

I'm so glad I joined, I have learnt so much, achieved more than I thought I could and feel much better and calmer.

I recommend anyone thinking about joining her next challenge to do it. I am continuing to use the techniques, advice and nutrition since the challenge finished. And thrilled with the weight I've lost and better mindset that I have now.

I am becoming a better me because of this opportunity.

Thanks Katrina for proving an amazing challenge."

Thanks heaps!!

-- Amanda
