Cancellation Policy

General Policy – MindBodySoul Unleashed Programs, Courses & Coaching Sessions By purchasing any program, course, or coaching package through MindBodySoul Unleashed, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Program Access & Validity All sessions, programs, and course materials must be used or accessed within the specified timeframe outlined at the time of purchase. Unused sessions or access may expire unless prior arrangement has been made in writing. Booking & Rescheduling (For Coaching Sessions) Sessions must be booked in advance. You may reschedule up to one session per package, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. Refund Policy All sales are final. Refunds are not available for digital products, self-paced courses, or partially completed coaching programs. Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. Payment Terms Full payment is required upfront to secure your spot in any course or program. Payment plans may be offered by arrangement and must be honoured in full before program completion. Missed or delayed payments may result in revoked access until payments are up to date. Client Responsibility Your results depend on your level of commitment, action, and engagement. While tools, support, and guidance are provided, the responsibility for change lies with you. I will guide you, but true transformation requires your participation and consistency. Confidentiality All personal coaching sessions are conducted in a private, safe, and confidential space. Your information will never be shared without your written consent, except where legally required. Disclaimer Although I am a qualified social worker with training in therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches, the services offered under MindBodySoul Unleashed — including coaching, programs, and courses — are not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment, counselling, diagnosis, or crisis intervention. If such services are needed, please contact a licensed healthcare provider.
